using protein as a supplment to lose weight

August 10th, 2011

Recently Ive been using body fortress as a means to reduce the amount of carbohydrates ive been consuming on a daily basis, as im trying to get a six pack. The only thing ive found though is that with the amount of junk food I like consuming being on the banned list, I need some help in staying focused.

I did a quick search and came across a london based hypnotist called Aaron. After having a chat with him about what im trying to do and how long ive been aiming for a 6 pack, he told me it would be pretty useful if I went for the hypnotherapy weight loss treatment they offer.

Ive been for two sessions so far and I have to admit I havent deviated once from my meal plans. I normally eat a bit of chocolate every day, or when I get home have some cereal (quite sugary ones like frosties). I think because I told Aaron all of this before hand he has managed to tailor the hypnotherapy treatment to my needs.

Ive got another two sessions to go but in honesty I think they will just be top ups for me as Im pretty on track now already. With the weight loss hypnotherapy I was told I could also look at the gastric band but as my case is more about toning and not eating processed or sugary foods I didnt think I needed that one.

weighing up the options

Today I went out to look for my body fortress whey protein, from the store i usually visit in covent garden, London. As I got off the tube, I noticed that their were security guards everywhere around parliament, due to a protest being conducted. Although ive never seen manned guarding services in person before, they looked quite professional and under control. They were safeguarding people in the city (not on the protest) but also public and private properties, such as office partitions london that were being fitted by a building firm.

As I got passed them, I managed to get to Reflexions fitness to buy my whey protein. The price had gone up which I wasnt too impressed about but as its harder to come by I was willing to pay it. I went for the body fortress whey protein max in the end, as its got 30 grams more protein per serving. This is better for me now that my training has taken a bit of a nose dive and I dont feed myself as much whey protein as I should.

I ended up with two tubs for this month, before departing back to the station to head for home. I had a car crash earlier in the month so thats why I had to get the train, otherwise I would have taken my protein home by the bucket load in my car. Luckily I did manage to use scrap car kent service so I got paid for it. The protest was still carrying on, and the guards were still keeping the peace, but as long as I got my body fortress I didnt care.  Off to my gym dartford now to get hench.
